Companies in India created about 8 million frontline jobs in the fiscal year ended March 2022, according to the Frontline Index Report 2022 from BetterPlace, a leading tech platform for frontline workforce management in the country. The e-commerce sector contributed the highest to the demand for frontline workers followed by logistics & mobility.
