Karnataka: HC allows app-based aggregators Ola, Uber and Rapido to operate until govt fixes the fares – The Economic Times

The High Court of Karnataka allowed app-based transport technology aggregators — Ola, Uber and Rapido — to levy a 10% additional charge over and above the fares fixed by the State Government and the applicable GST for offering autorickshaw services through their platforms till the government sets fares as per the law.
