SIDBI Recruitment 2022: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has invited Applications from Motivated, Dynamic and Experienced Candidates for various Posts. Such Candidates, who deem to have fulfilled Eligibility specific to the Opted Post(s) may apply as per the Application Methodology explained in the subsequent Paragraphs. The Last Date for Candidates’ Applications to be submitted through Mail is slated to end on 17th October 2022 (17.10.2022).
Mode of Applying: The Candidates should fill in their respective Applications (in English or Hindi), in the Specimen Application Proforma available on the Bank’s Website, which involves uploading Recent Passport-size Photograph affixed thereon and on the Curriculum Vitae, bearing the Candidate’s full Signature across the same with the Date should be e-transmitted receivable Before or On 17.10.2022.
While forwarding respective duly completed Applications annexed with the Mandatory Certificates, etc. must mention the Post Caption/Subject Line clearly indicating “Application for the Post of <<Post Code>>, <<Name of the Post>> <<Candidate Name>>”
Selection Process: Selection to the Opted Post by the Candidate shall be conducted through a Personal Interview yielding a Consolidated Merit List for all Posts based on Screening of the Applications and the Particulars including Qualification, Experience, among other things.  Therefore, only Shortlisted Candidates would be invited to appear for Personal Interviews.
Merit List Criteria: The Selection Committee will prepare a Merit List for Selection in descending order on the basis of the Scores obtained in the Interview only.
TIE Resolving Methodology: In case of more than One Candidate obtained the Cut-off Marks, then such Candidates will be ranked according to their respective Ages in descending order in Merit.
Contractual Engagement Tenure: The Contractual Term shall be initially for 03 (Three) Years. The Contractual Term shall be Extendable for a further period of up to 02 (Two) Years, at SIDBI’s Sole Discretion. However, the Contract is Terminable with Prior One Month’s Notice by Either Side.

01: Consultant Engineer (Civil)
i) Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
Educational Qualification:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Electrical with minimum 60% Marks in aggregate or 1st Class from any duly recognized University.
Post-Graduates in the same discipline will be Preferred.
iii) Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 Years’ Experience in the Project-related areas.
iv) Remuneration:  The Remuneration would be Market-linked Compensation. There is No Constraint for the Right Candidate and will be mutually decided on the case-to-case basis.
02: Junior Consultant Engineer (Civil)
i) Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years
Educational Qualification:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Electrical with minimum 60% Marks in aggregate or 1st Class from any duly recognized University.
Post-Graduates in the same discipline will be Preferred.
iii) Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 Years’ Experience in the Project-related areas.
iv) Remuneration: The Remuneration would be Market-linked Compensation. There is No Constraint for the Right Candidate and will be mutually decided on the case-to-case basis.
03: Junior Consultant Engineer (MEP)
i) Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years
Educational Qualification:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Electrical with minimum 60% Marks in aggregate or 1st Class from any duly recognized University.
Post-Graduates in the same discipline will be Preferred.
iii) Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 Years’ Experience in the Project-related areas.

04: Consultant CA (Corporate Accounts & Taxation)
i) Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years
Educational Qualification:
ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil/Electrical with minimum 60% Marks in aggregate or Ist Class from any duly recognized University.
Post-Graduates in the same discipline will be Preferred.
iii) Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 – 12 Years’ Experience in the Project-related areas.
iv) Remuneration: The Remuneration would be Market-linked Compensation. There is No Constraint for the Right Candidate and will be mutually decided on case-to-case basis.
05: Company Secretary:
i) Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
Educational Qualification:
ii) Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI);
The Candidate should have an ICSI Active Membership.
Desirable Other Qualifications: LL.B., CA, ICWA, M.Com. from any duly recognized University
iii) Post-Qualification Experience: 1) Minimum 07 Years’ Post Qualification Experience in any SEBI Listed Company/ Scheduled Commercial Bank/Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)/Financial Services Company.
The Candidate should have Experience in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)/Companies Act/Reserve Bank of India (SBI) related Compliance/Filings and Secretarial functions.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite will have a Cutting Edge or an Added Advantage.
3. Knowledge of the SEBI & Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements (LODR) related matters is Mandatory.
iv) Remuneration: The Remuneration would be Market-linked Compensation. There is No Constraint for the Right Candidate and will be mutually decided on the case-to-case basis.
